Logged on my main bnet account only to find its not recognising that I have 1 of not many characters over level 10

I’m glad to see I’m not alone. I logged in and it’s say I don’t have any characters over level 10
Which is weird because with the exception of 1) all of my characters are. Either way I can’t post on the WoW forums.
theyve done the same with my D2 acc it is around 10 years worth of gaming stuff deleted 5 chars full of gozu gear
