[Fixed] Battle.net Mobile App (Android) stuck in login loop

I was able to fix my problem by deleting the cache and data from the battle.net app itself (in the Android settings). After that, i got asked to accept my authenticator but did not loop back to the login screen anymore at least. I used my SMS Code and was in…

The chrome solution fixed it for me since i had that stupid browser disabled, funny how it didn’t work using firefox

Also got into the loop with Chrome on Android app.
Cleared Data of the app, no luck
I installed Firefox, switched default browser to Firefox, and then the login was captured, but then prompted for an authenticator app confirmation, which was impossible as it is that same app. But, selecting one of the options I was able to switch to SMS as 2FA, and using that I was able to log into the mobile app and re-enable the Mobile Authenticator function of it.
That works. And subsequently switching back to default browser being Chrome, the loop is not happening anymore.

The only thing that worked for me was removing the old authenticator from my account. Then I could log in to the Battle.net app and add the new authenticator.

Thank you! The browser change worked for me. Very frustrating that the app needs Chrome to log in but will happily boot whatever your default browser is before crashing. Genius. It should at the very least notify you to use Chrome if it won’t even work otherwise.

I am on chrome still not working. Can’t play diablo immortal. I clear cache, data etc of both app, chrome is still my default browser still does not work…

For anyone that still have this problem, the only solution that works for me is to disable game boost app on my mobile phone or deselect Battle Net from Game Boost list of “game”

Started happening to me too after updating my S25 Ultra to OneUI8/Android 16. Tried uninstalling/reinstalling, cleared data/cache on both battlenet and hearthstone app. I can get to the login page in browser, but once logged in I get the oops message, no matter which browser i’ve tried

You’re the man—thank you, brother. I spent the whole day trying to figure this out.
