Battle.net (non-Beta, Windows 10) STILL refuses to install required files after a game update. I had attempted to reinstall the app and the game numerous times, turned off all anti-virus software and cleared the cache. This has been going on for a year now and no one seems to be fixing this bug, which a Blizzard rep had told me it was. If I can’t play your games on your app that was made to launch them, I won’t buy them. Simple as that.
yeah this is wats happening for me i cant install it it just stops for no reason and i did the troubleshooting things but still hasn’t installed and is annoying the crap out of me and is there a way i can contact someone i didn’t spend money for nothing
Hi there, the same here! I’m trying to install bnet agent for 2 days and I’m stuck. Installation stucks at the middle of downloading on update bnet step. I tried some step to fix that issue but nothing happens:
- deleting folders with blizzard and bnet names from %programdata%
- turning off my anitvirus and firewall
- turning on secondary logging
- and other steps from similliar topics
Blizzard help us please to fix that issue.
