Failed - Network Error

I get a message saying Failed - Network Error in Chrome when attempting to download the app. Other browsers like Firefox fail as well. This has been going on for several days and searches on the Internet have revealed other users are having the SAME problem. Blizzard’s current recommendation to check for malware and antivirus settings is not sufficient, because my computer is clean. Furthermore and most importantly, I was able to successfully download the same file from softcamel com so I KNOW the problem is on Blizzard’s end. You owe it to your users to fix this issue.
