Error message when upgrading weapons and kicked out of game

Hello, wanted to notify you that in the new game COD MW III, in the weapons upgrade, the weapon PULEMYOT762 light machine gun when you click to upgrade the underbarrel, you get thrown out of the game back into the lobby with an error message stating “ERROR- THERE WAS AN ERROR IN READING THE CURRENT MATCH RULES DATA”.
