I have been battling Error code: BLZBNTBGS80000011 for the past few hours. Finally gave up and asked AI to help me. I am in Florida and it was an ISP routing issue. Workaround is to turn on your phone’s hotspot, connect your PC to the hotspot (disconnect from your normal internet first) and try logging in to battle.net. Fixes everything… only catch is you have to stay connected to the hot spot. Hopefully this will get fixed soon.
Also in Florida and having the same connection issue on all of our computers and mobile devices when connected through our home network. I did all of the troubleshooting for our home network and of course none of it was successful. I for sure seems like there is a routing issue somewhere.

I am in central east FL and have att fiber. I was able to play allll day yesterday (9/6) and even up to 4am today (9/7) and now cannot log in on either computer or laptops.. Mobile app i am in, but cannot on laptops or desktops.. Money wasted on gametime too (I was also unable to play majority of the day 09/05 too for the same thing).. Contacted att support who then said they dont know when it will be fixed and to contact blizzard for compensation
ATT fixed it with a Band-Aid and the Band-Aid just fell off
