When I’m in a voice chat with a friend I will sometimes get a random disconnect and when I try to connect back I get “BLZBNTBNA00001388” this error and Battle.net bugs out and I have to restart my whole app to be able to reconnect. The other way I can get back in the call is if I ask the person I’m talking to close the call and call me again. I contacted a Tech Specialist at Blizzard and he suggested somethings that could fix the issue but sadly it did not fix it.

same - the error message almost makes me laugh if it wasn’t so common for me that’s just beyond annoying: “Whoops! Looks like something broke. Give it another shot.” So I mean Blizz - are we serious about fixing this error or not??
