For weeks and while magicfinding, I have been hunting for a Skin of Vipermagi and a Saracen’s Chance. While helping an online friend who is just starting out, those aforementioned items drop in different games and at norm Baal. Sheesh. Of course, I gave them to the new player. I am not a monster. 
It is difficult to predict where the item drop game mechanism(s) will be bountiful.
