He has very very slow internet. He lives far from civilisation.

Is there any possibility to download CoD WarZone on my pc and install it on my friend’s Windows 10 PC?

When you download the installer, it opens Bnet and finishes the download through the launcher. Each copy of CoD would need its own license, so your friend would need to be on their Bnet account while installing it.
