Title: Can’t log into Battle.net / Hearthstone on Android (POCO phone)

Description:
Hello, I have a problem logging into my Battle.net account on Android.
I’m using a POCO smartphone (latest Android version).

When I try to log in, it shows the Battle.net login window, loads for a long time, and sometimes lets me sign in through Google or my Battle.net email — but then it never finishes loading inside the Battle.net app or Hearthstone.

What I already tried:

Cleared cache and data for both Battle.net and Hearthstone

Uninstalled and reinstalled both apps

Tried logging in via Google and via my Battle.net account

Used Wi-Fi, mobile data, and VPN from 3 different countries

Still, it doesn’t log in — just keeps loading.

Please check if my account or device might be blocked or if there’s any known issue with Android login.

Device: POCO (Android 14 / 15)

Battle.net email: (write only your account email, no password)

Which POCO model? Which country? You didn’t fill those lines out.

There are no Customer Support agents in this forum, only fellow players. We can troubleshoot basic things with you, but we cannot check your account.
