So yesterday i put 60 dollars onto my blizzard account hoping to pre order cold war and to my surprise it said i was “Age Restricted” I put in a ticket 15 hours ago and have been waiting for a response (None yet) and since then i have spent hours trying to buy this game with no luck i have went through every process in the book and none of them work. Anyone know how to change my date of birth or get my money back?

Normally those sorts are of things are saved as browser information so you can clear your cache and cookies. Then it should prompt you to enter your age and any passwords again.
You can also try a different browser that does not have website info saved.
