Ukrainians are banned from chatting on Russian-language Diablo 3 servers. Where should I go to solve this problem? Does Blizzard support Russians and harass Ukrainians? I was banned for asking about orcs in a chat in Ukrainian.

You’ll have to change to a different one other then russian. Sorry but the world are eggs right now and don’t know how to be peaceful without power tripping, blizzard is no better.
