I have tried reinstalling the game, reinstalling the battlenet, restarting the battlenet, login and logout. None of those worked. I already spent 2 hours and half on this and still got nothing. I definitely bought the ultimate package a while ago and I have been playing all the betas…
I created several tickets to the support team but got NO answers for any of that
