Diablo IV DLC purchased but is not activated

I have paid for the DLC.
The order number is #US1266264658
But I have been wating the DLC for like more than 24hours.
It is still not activated in the game yet.
Anyone can plsease check this order?
BTW, I tried to relogin both the Battle.net app and the game so many times. But it just didnt work.

The same thing happened to me; the fund was deducted and has been pending for 2 days.

Tickets go into a queue. When its turn comes up, a GM will look into the purchase and reply back to you.
