Hello, dear game developers. I have encountered a problem. When I received a gift in the form of a decorative item — the “flag,” which gives +5% damage against the new Boss in the “Berserk” event — for some reason, I also received a second flag in my mail. However, I can’t claim it because I already have one in my inventory. Please fix this issue, as I’m unable to use the “collect all” function in the mail because of it. Thank you in advance!
