the day before yesterday by changing the character configuration, through the familiar, the legendary gem 4 stars grade 6 jaws of the abyss was made dormant without the setting aside of the relative gem power. To awaken the gem I have to use an additional 150 gem fragments, which I do not have, so I would be forced to use other legendary gems that I use for other purposes. I complained to blizzard who replied that the gem power cannot be returned to me, advising me to write in this forum. Crazy stuff, considering that blizzard collects real money from us players, and what happened seems like a scam that forces you to spend more money to get back what was already present in your character!!
