I’ve downloaded, repaired, uninstalled, re-downloaded… changed regions, booted in safe mode. Even created a desktop shortcut & booted from explorer/direct file as admin.
but on the battlenet player diablo immortal splay button is darker blue (greyed out) and when i hover over it… it says “game cannot be played yet” I understand its in beta, but maybe theres is a fix?

Im from Philippines playing in PC, Earlier around June 3, 7PM PH time i was able to play it and made my character lvl 20 after i log out and go back to play it again after 30 minutes i cant play it now, i have managed to purchase the new sale for the character but now i cant play it please help.
its 103 pm pacific time and game wont load. any more info?

I am experiencing the same issue. I have a new Laptop, I just newly installed Battle.net, just freshly downloaded Diablo Immortal. However, it still says that “this game cannot be played”. I have rebooted my laptop multiple times, restarted the battle.net client multiple times, “check for updates” and “scan and repair” options were done and showed no problems, but the game still displays that “this game cannot be played yet.”
Its possible that you’re in a blocked region then you cant play the game.

I encountered same situation. I bought a new laptop and installed Diablo Immortal today. It showed the game cannot be played.
I am currently in Canada but I registered my account in Hong Kong.
Same here. Account linked to Taiwan. Always played on US and European servers. Game “yet cannot be play”. Over VPN also.

As previously mentioned, Diablo Immortal will launch for PC in Open Beta, Android, and iOS in some Asia Pacific regions on June 22 PDT : including Hong Kong, Indonesia, Macao, Malaysia, The Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, and Thailand. Immortal will also launch on the same date in Vietnam but for PC in Open Beta only. These regions will receive dedicated game servers to bring players better connectivity and ping too.
