Доброго времени суток , после покупки боевого пропуска в Diablo Immortal произошло следуйщие , все глифы камни ключи дались а вот декоративный предмет Оружие призраков Эшволда нет , в боевом пропуске пишется что" уже получино персонажем User does not exist " .
Подскажите как можно получить его или что вообще в такой ситуации делать.

Issue that I am having is that I have the rank 40 armor, but the rank 1 weap is still locked. Not sure why.

У меня тоже так , возможно что оружие у тебя на другом персонаже открыто .
Т.к у меня получилось что броня открылась на мэйне , а оружие на сорке которую я удалил …
