I used a VPN and I didn’t know that using a VPN was not recommended and could get you a temporary restriction. Now I would like to know when my account will be unlocked.

The same happened to me trying to install Diablo 2 to my new laptop at work. It would really put my mind at ease if they would tell me how long my ban is…I’ve put way too many hours into my account.
