Diablo 4 Support Feedback for Cash Shop

I have recently purchased in game currency which I then used to purchase an emote pack in D4. Unfortunately the emote does not work in game and the only way to report it is the D4 Forums. It would be nice to have an IN Game ticket option. Also the support site on the app only directs you to the Bug Report forum.

I was able to contact an amazing employee on your CS team who gave me the info I was looking for. (Honestly she was awesome!) But if there was a “live chat” pop up I would not have had to waste her time for something that is being addressed already.

The bug is known and rolling out in a Mid Season Patch, but there is no Blue Post on the forum.
