You reached out and obtained feedback from streamers. Recommend you reach out and watch someone like me actual play the game. I have played Diablo since the beginning and purchase 4 copies (me, my husband and two sons now 22 & 23). I am the only one willing to still play, based upon the changes made in the last few seasons. I play alone and have no chance to actually complete the season (achievements unrealistic). If you want me to continue to spend my hard earned money and gain back those no longer willing to play, you need to better understand our needs - not streamers who don’t make money when we don’t watch them because we no longer play. Happy to have you watch me play, so you can get a sense of the real player experience.

As per Leviathan, they don’t really care.
I own and used to play 4 WoW subscription accounts. ‘Back in the day’ it worked out to $40/mth.
But they sabotaged it, and now I haven’t played more than 3 months in the last 5 years on even a single account.
When they’ve sacrificed $40/mth for 5+ years… your 3 other one time payments mean nothing to them.
