so i bought the Reaper of Souls digital deluxe upgrade edition some time ago and have noticed that the store says i don’t have it? even though i have a receipt from 2019 confirming the purchase on the same account i use to this day (obviously this one), i have the in-game items for D3, SC2, WOW. even in game the edition is marked as purchased, just not on the battle.net desktop shop. made a ticket and the GM that gave a response pretty much steamrolled over it with a common “yeah you don’t have it, must not be on the right account” and so on. even though i sent proof of purchase with the status and all of the purchase.
