I was having an issue launching Diablo 3, I went through all troubleshooting I could find and opened a ticket. I decided to give up on diablo for the time being and try out overwatch. Overwatch is doing the same thing as diablo, I hit play in the battlenet app and a black screen opens up and resizes to my monitor before closing back to desktop. I have updated windows and my drivers and the error is still occurring with both games, I can however launch both retail and classic WoW just fine. If anyone can help me go through some steps to diagnose and resolve this issue as I have already done all the basic troubleshooting available on Blizzards forums and have even submitted a ticket for diablo and I am awaiting a response.
