Please note that the checking versions error is entirely different than the server issue we were talking about previously. The servers are confirmed to be back up. If you’re still having problems, you’re having a different issue. Typically that is going to be caused by a temporary restriction, but you can contact support to check.
Please note that support does not remove temporary restrictions, but if this is caused by a technical issue we may be able to help you troubleshoot the cause.
