I asked 3 months ago, but so far no one knows from support when they will install the installer! I’m tired of waiting. Is it really impossible to do this in 3 months?
3 months of Blizzard stealing from the consumers. This is THEFT.
I opened up another ticket regarding “refund” and I linked this post to make it more of a pressing issue, to show the discontent. Maybe somebody more than a game master will actually look at this, and do something, because I’ve realized how little power game masters have, them and their minimum wage lol no offense, I’m sure you have a lot of pressure working there… just don’t have a voice huh?
It’s sad this hasn’t been taken care of, it’s a timeless game.
Dear Blizzard Support Crew, is there an ETA for the Diablo II 64-bit version for the latest Mac OS? I just purchased the game and naturally I’m very anxious to play it.

I have information. I’ve officially reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I’ll update this forum when I get their official reply. They want to act like cowards and waste our time and downplay issues and manipulate its customer base, then I will destroy them until we the people get what we want.
Just bought Diablo 2 and LOD. No warning on purchase screens that it doesn’t work with Catalina. No mention that this has been an issue since October. No ETA on a fix. It is now January 2020. Pretty please?!?!?

Still not working! I am beginning to understand the causes of wars between the United States and other countries. That’s because people get tired of waiting for updates and references! But it seems that the developers have a powerful military lobby in the government, so the company can afford to say that even the correction, which will be ready in a few hours, needs to wait “when it will be done.” Even if 4 hours takes 4 years.
