this is the second topic i created about the problem i opened the ticket, my char is having problems this part of blizzard n me, and they simply want me to delete the char that took months playing i spent a lot of my time for this, no gave me no solution just delete the char want to screw me? I paid for this game that is still sold by you guys.

Estou com problema em um dos personagens meus o principal na verdade, não consigo logar o char de maneira alguma horas assim, no diablo 2 LOD versão antiga, ao tentar entrar em uma sala ou criar uma o char entra na tela de “loading” e nela fica e nunca entra. testei outros chares da mesma conta e todos funcionam perfeitamente, somente meu paladino não entra e o que uso pra farm no jogo. essa tela anexada no link de print, não posso perder esse char já está lvl 98 levei meses upando e tenho itens nele também. Peço que a manutenção seja efetuada.

Se isso persistir, tente desligar o modem por cerca de 30 segundos:
Um dos principais motivos pelos quais você pode se beneficiar da reinicialização do modem é porque, quando você o deixa ligado por muito tempo, ele tende a deixar de funcionar da melhor forma depois de um tempo. Outra razão é que quando o seu modem está ligado o dia todo, todos os dias, ele pode dessincronizar com o Provedor de Serviços de Internet (ISP). Essa dessincronização pode fazer com que os pacotes que você está enviando e recebendo sejam corrompidos, exigindo que sejam reenviados e, assim, reduzindo sua velocidade.

Game Master Ixzal here and I can understand how this situation would be confusing. There was an issue causing players to not be able to log in, but this should be able to log in now!
If this persists, try powering off the modem for about 30 seconds:
One of the biggest reasons you may benefit from rebooting your modem is because when you leave your modem on for too long, it will tend to stop performing at its best after a while. Another reason is that when your modem is on all day, every day, it could desynchronize from the Internet Service Provider (ISP). This desynchronization can cause the packets you are sending and receiving to become corrupt, requiring them to be resent, and thus, lowering your speed.

I understand the annoyance with this issue. As this issue is only happening to your main character, it could be due to the amount of things that are on the character. Let's try a few things.
Could you try to connect to the game using another connection, like a cell phone hotspot, or a VPN, like TunnelBear? It won't be the best connection, but using the telephone connection, you may be able to connect without getting errors.
If this connection does not work, there could be a problem with the computer's DNS. Try switching to Google's or Cloud Flare's. Both are free and can give satisfactory results:

I did some digging here about your concerns with continuing to have issues logging into a specific character in Diablo II(2000) , and I am sorry that the issue persisted even when your friends from other countries tried it.
Classic games have very limited support and we are usually unable to recommend much as there is almost no information on what we could see regarding them. Here is what I can share with you though:
- Offline characters: This error would mean the character is corrupted and there is not way to recover it.
You can delete the character manually:
Goto: C:\Users\(your user name)\Saved Games\Diablo II
Delete the files with the character's name.
- Single Online characters: We believe this means the character is stuck in a game, and may take the serval days to resolve on it's own or you need to wait for a server reset and try again.
Hopefully this clarifies any confusion.
