I’ve been having trouble logging into classic Diablo 2 LOD for the past couple of days—it keeps saying that my CD key is already in use by me. I reached out to tech support, and they advised me to post here for priority assistance. Is there any way this can be resolved?

The troubleshooting steps didn’t work for me. I waited 24 hours, but the issue still isn’t resolved. Should I request a refund from Blizzard?

That isn’t likely. The forums have never been for direct, one on one, assistance. That’s even more true now that there aren’t TS agents manning the forums anymore. In other words, the support forums are essentially player to player assistance only.
The only direct, one on one support avenue is the support ticket system.
As for a refund, as long as it meets the refund criteria, you can ask for a refund if you wish if you can’t get the game working.
I’d try one more contact with Blizzard Support – stressing that you have waited the 24 hours for your characters to fully disconnect but that you are still getting the error. Use the link in the Support article – it brings you directly to the ticket you need to submit to request assistance.
