Diablo 2 LOD (2001) Cant log into US east for 4 months

On 2/6/2026 I was playing and the servers went down on US east for about 10 minutes.

I had tried a few times to get on while it was down which might had triggered Realm down.

I haven’t been able to log on to US East since then and all my characters must be expired.

I have waited 3 weeks without trying thinking I got a long RD but no luck.

It is stuck at “connecting to the fastest server”

I just checked and can log into US West and Europe.

BnetLog says “no servers found” when trying to log into US East.

I have Metronet as my ISP and found out that they had assigned me to a public IP without my knowledge. I have since had it switched to a private IP but I still cant get on US East.

How do I file a support ticket for D2 (2001)?

Unfortunately this is not something CS can fix for you so there are no ticket options. The most you can do is what you have already done - which is to post here. You can also see if other players on other websites have any tips, but there is no support that Blizz offers for an IP ban. CS can’t change it.
