Fix it, do something… VOUCH
If you are running with friends or clanmates, you can use alternative and much more efficient means of communication (for humans anyway) like Discord or Teamspeak.
I suspect the chat problem is to throw a monkeywrench in the bots gears to curb the mass botting problem, especially the 8 bot groups that systematically farm a game and use in-game chat to coordinate their efforts.
Don’t use discord or any of those third-party black market fourms
