Hello. Since I didn’t know Blizzard didn’t allow using softwares to reduce latency, I tried using one because I am from Brazil, and Blizzard doesn’t have a server close by. I have disabled permanently the software and changed my IP address and still can’t connect. What can I do?

Hello Hudson. Since Blizzard ios obviously NOT responding to this question I have a suggestion. Choose other company’s games to play. One that actually has support.
i came for help regarding not being able to go online at all and then i saw this post that got ignored by blizzard. demotivation at its finest

The tech support forums were never official contact points with Bliz. They were and still are primarily player to player assistance. In modern times they are exclusively player to player only.
And please, don’t necro old support threads. I see you started your own new thread which is the appropriate thing to do.
no but since you guys dont have support for your own games that you still sell to this day without any warning that game doesnt work AT ALL people come desperately to this place for help because i got ignored and got automated emails and then when the real help arrived they just looked back and told me to go here in the first place ! i have Diablo 2 and LoD cant go online, i buyed a new Diablo 2 and Lod as well they dont work for online. so where do i find help for the product you guys sell to me and i speak of the time when i created my thread.

That has nothing to do with my post. All I was saying is that you need your own thread. Necroing threads, especially years old, is frown upon by the forum moderators. You have your own thread and that’s all you need.
