Desktop App won't start

I’m on Windows 10. The app was working fine say… two days ago. Now it shows the login window, then a thing comes up saying

“The Application encountered an unexpected error.”

Here’s the report ID. I’ve tried clearing the cache and reinstalling the app.

Based on the crash logs it appears that your issue is related to an AMD driver issue we’ve been tracking for some time. Try the steps posted on an alternate thread located here.
