Desktop App Not Saving Data

Report it as a bug - there is already a topic about this:

Latest app update 15846 broke “Keep me logged in” option

Yesterday was Battle.net App update. Version 15846. Since then option “Keep me logged in” doesn’t work. So, I need to type my email and password preety much every time I’m log in to the app. Also why this option was removed from settings? Reinstalling the app do not fixed it.
