Eh, what if my API using programs are plain executables, not web sites, so they don’t even have a “URL”?

I had the same concern, and when I logged in it required me to update my service because the Service URL was missing. But it also offered a checkbox to indicate that my use was not a website. The checkbox says:

I do not have a service URL for this client.

If this changes, you acknowledge and agree to update this client’s information. You must specify how and from where you are calling the API in the Intended Use field.
