On most of the daily challenges, it doesn’t give a good explanation on what to do. Example: Double Down. No description at all. Lethal Equipment Kills. Which type of equipment? Proximity Mine Upgrade. How does one achieve that upgrade? Please explain.

I am sorry Yankee but this forum is for feedback about the Support section of the Blizzard website that has Knowledge articles for all the games and a ticket system.
If you have feedback about a specific game you will want to post on the forum for that game. The Community Managers monitor those for feedback and your fellow players can offer tips and advice.
For example, if your questions are about Heroes of the Storm you would want the HotS forums.
