I was clearing the Forbidden City dungeon and I heached the half-way point where It transitioned into the next section. As the name started to come up I was disconnected and booted into the character selection menu. I then couldn’t log back into my character as an error came up - number 316719. I then tried making a new character but I couldn’t log in with that one either as I had the same error. I tried closing the game to see if that would fix it and I was just shoved back in the que… Pls halp.
Also there wasn’t anywhere else where I could submit a bug.
My wife and I had the same problem. I was party leader she got booted constantly. All and all we spent about 1 1/2 to 2 hours waiting for her to get back in game only to get booted again from instance. Will try again tomorrow.
Im getting this same error, spend 30-40 mins in the que then play like 30 mins only to get booted then given the error 316719. I have to exit the game join the que again just to be able to log back into game.
