D2 ticket not resolved but closed anyways

Haven’t played D2 LOD for a while and when I reinstalled and tried to update to connect to BNET I continually get disconnected. I opened a support ticket to figure out why.

All they said is my license is banned until the 24th and to make sure I’m not using a VPN. Then they closed the ticket.

This is not resolved. I am not using a VPN or a cloud service. I am connecting from my computer at home on my home network which I have always connected from. I didn’t try to connect from anywhere else. I didn’t get disconnected in game.

I’m not doing anything wrong or different but am banned for some reason. This makes no sense to me and I would like it resolved, not just a generic response with no action. I would like an explanation of exactly what I did to receive this ban.
