D2 Resurrected: Shouldn't be sold on consoles

The multiplayer is beyond broken, I thought it would feature local coop at least since it says 1-4 on the back of the box and even that is misleading since you cannot do couch co-op.

I thought the game was dead on consoles since I’ve only been matched once since I purchased on launch and then I find out that the multiplayer is broken on consoles.

I tried asking Sony for a refund and they told me to contact the publisher. Man Blizzard, you guys are tier A scam artists.
