seems i can log on east but other server doesnt work on west euro asia im confused says resticted

is air bridge fiber optic a could host service? i can play east but not west europe and asia also i dont use vpn or proxy or buisness network but it seems when they changed to air bridge i have problems but i also have new ip adress , and i made account in east and other 3 server doesnt work so atm i play east im confused
