I have been having a weird glitch when playing my pally on TBC Classic on the Remulos server. My pally has a hearth in the Cenarian hold in Silithis. When I hearth there, I am transported correctly, I then have a load screen hit and I find myself, alive and unhurt in the westfall graveyard. This has happened twice in two sessions, once about a week ago and right now. This is an alt, so I don’t play him very often. Still some code has gotten garbled and need correction.

Have you tried changing your hearth from silithus, then changing it back?

the problem isn’t the hearthstone.
The problem appears to be the Zone itself: Silithus.
I have the same issue when entering Silithus through Ungoro crater
