hi, crash game after pressing play, error code

Howdy!

This appears to be an Access Violation when Diablo II: Resurrected is attempting to utilize system resources to run the game. I recommend the following steps:

1. Disable all background programs to help rule out a third party software conflict, following the steps Here. Restart the PC.

2. Perform a clean install of the latest NVIDIA 1050 Ti driver located Here. When you get to the install Options page select: Custom (Advanced) → Next → Check Mark: perform a clean installation. Finish the installation and restart the PC.

3. Goto: C:\Users*YourWindow’sUserName*\Saved Games\Diablo II Resurrected
   Within the folder delete the Settings.json file. This will reset the game back to default settings.

Retest.
