Couldn't access COD MW2019 Multiplayer

Have I been shadow banned?

Hi Activision Support, I am unable to access the games’ online servers.

Previously have been using a VPN to game for awhile now. Open NAT and on 50ms ping on average.

I have tried restarting my PC, router and modem. Done the port-forwarding step for the firewall. Still can’t access the game.

Please help me retrieve my account.

Hey Skyelarque,

Blizzard and Activision are two separate companies. These forums are specifically for Blizzard’s games. Because Activision owns the CoD games you’ll want to contact Activision Support.
