Contactring support within blizzard is the worst thing

never in my life have i bin more frustrated with a support team as I am with blizzard I’ve bin a customer since Warcraft 1 and trying to get in contact with an actual agent by online chat of phone is impossible I haven’t bin able to access my account for over a week and I’m tired of dealing with this ticket method that’s not working I’ve answered every question the gm’s have asked even sent in copy of my license with me holding it and still they cant verify me I’m beyond mad at this point is there any way of contacting someone by chat or phone

Check this out

Seems that I found a solution (I hope) that I just pulled from my butt

I don’t know if it works in every web browser but it worked for me with Firefox.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LOG IN

Here’s what you have to do:

  1. You need to open a private browsing page (incognito or whatever)
  2. Go to battle.net then scroll down to the end and click on Contact Us
  3. On this page choose Customer Support
  4. Close the pop-up asking for your info and then click on Account
  5. Click on ''I would rather categorize the issue
  6. Choose ‘‘Not listed here’’ this is very important or else the system will ask you to log in
  7. Again, click on the blue Contact Us button
  8. Fill out the form as needed and press the Submit button and voilà

It may take a few seconds to a few minutes until it submits but it works

I have the confirmation email and all that jazz

Same here and it still going on. Now 4 months almost 5, the web tickets have also an issue. You can’t submit a ticket because the submit button, once clicked, goes on and on forever. :rage:

I would have been right there with you and told everyone to just PUSH and PUSH until you get someone, hell I’ve worked 3/4 of my life in call centers and/or customer service jobs and I can attest that LOTS of times I was that person who just fixed the problems because I knew my products and services.

As stated above, tickets aren’t working either :rage:
