Absolute garbage system and there’s no easy way to create a ticket. How do i talk to a real person and not AI slop? Just need assistance to setup the stupid authenticator crap just so i can make groups for keystone in WoW. It keeps giving me an error message when i try to enable it. YES i have notifications on and YES i’ve reinstalled. NO i do not have connection issues, my connection is consistent high speed.
Just to clear up any confusion here. You don’t need an Authenticator to make groups. You need it to create a custom group description instead of the default.
As JCarrill0 pointed out though, this forum is for help installing old games like Diablo 2 (2000). There are no staff here to assist you with your Authenticator issues.
Also please note that the Auth is now integrated into the Battlenet Mobile app, it is no longer stand alone.
