Toda vez que tento instalar o warzone meu computador desliga… Já fiz todos os passos necessários porém o note desliga sempre… E só desliga quando tento baixar o jogo, fora isso nunca desliga. Aguardo e obrigado.

We can only provide support in English on these forums however based on what you described, there is a serious problem with the PC and I would recommend contacting a local PC tech to investigate this issue. To clarify, even if the PC shuts down when downloading Blizzard games, this still indicates a problem with the PC as the PC should not be shutting down at all. The Blizzard software does not have a way to force the PC to shut down and the Windows operating system would block that. This means that something on the PC isn’t working correctly.
