Dear Development Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring your attention to a compatibility issue that I have encountered while attempting to log in to the EU server with the Chinese language selected for both text and speech settings in World of Warcraft.
Despite correctly setting the language preferences to Chinese in both the Battle.net desktop app and the game client, I am unable to access the EU server. Upon attempting to log in, I receive an error message stating, “The language of the server you are trying to log in is different from your WoW client.”
I understand that the Game Masters in Customer Support may not have the capability to directly address this issue, but I am reaching out to you with the hope that you can investigate and resolve this matter. It appears to be a compatibility issue between the Chinese language selection and the EU server, potentially impacting other players who prefer using Chinese as their language.
Addressing this issue would not only enhance the gameplay experience for players who wish to use Chinese as their language but also demonstrate the dedication of the development team in ensuring inclusivity and accessibility for the community. By resolving this compatibility issue, it would make a significant difference for the affected players and showcase the commitment of both the development team and the support team in providing a seamless gaming experience.
We, the community, would be immensely grateful to both the development team and the support team for their efforts in resolving this matter. Your support and assistance in investigating this compatibility issue are highly appreciated.
Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I eagerly await any updates or resolutions regarding this issue.
With gratitude,
Jens Klingberg
