So my mom was gonna buy me cold war so we purchased the game but then I it sent me back to the store page, confused I decided to try again but my mom told me to wait. She checked her bank and apparently she was charged for the game so I checked if I had it, but it showed up with the buy now button. Is there anything we can do?
