COD warzone FALSE BAN

Any news on the ban wave? My friend was given a permanent ban for no reason, no cheats and programs were used, only discord / skype worked in the background, etc. Support is not responding, live chat is not working. + apparently gave a shadow ban, because it is impossible to find the game even from the second account. I mean… he have K\D 1.5)

Are there any ways to reach out to support other than mail?

When it comes to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare/Warzone, Blizzard Technical Support is only able to offer support for install and patching. For issues within the game client or regarding your play account, you will need to contact Activision Support.
