This is the 7th time I have tried to contact a support agent at Activision, 10175255, 10179169, 101187042, 10195355, 10223689, 10239749, 10243153 case numbers. My problem is I have no access to launchers or pistols. There is no way to get pistols from the armory and launchers aren’t anywhere. I thought after the last update it would be better but not so. Can’t really compete without those weapons. I used to be able to get them but not now. Please help. I’ve called your contact phone number to no avail it doesn’t seem to work. Thanks Bill
