Check if you have Faceit anti cheat on your pc, if you do, uninstall it. worked instantly for me. Hope it works

Download COD, BO6 will download automatically.

I do not want BO6 i just want to play MW3 but it will not load

Game not loading. No help from battle.net to fix the issue.
Trying to request my money back for bo6, but their support page doesn’t allow me to create a ticket.

Even tried to request my money back the intended way and i get the message:

Greetings,

We were unable to complete your refund on the following order:

  • EU…
  • Call of DutyÂŽ: Black Ops 6 - Vault Edition

Reasons this may happen:

  • A manual review is necessary. You will need to submit a ticket.

its such an awful system lol its basically help yourself or do a refund to a company who does automated responses and doesn’t help lol. like do i physically have to walk into activision office with pc for help at this point?? like lmaoooo i give up i tried everything, back to iracing i go

this is absolutely embarrassing for bnet and activision. people spend 150$ on a new cod just for the anticheat to not even begin open. bnet should be ashamed of themselves. please fix @devs make yourselves useful for once

@justRelax,

Hello:

If you purchased BO6 from the Blizzard Shop, then you can submit a “Request a refund” ticket by going to: https://eu.battle.net/support/en/help/contact/1998/ticket

If you purchased BO6 elsewhere, you will need to contact your merchant.

You should read the Blizzard Refund Policy - Legal – Blizzard Entertainment prior to submitting a ticket.

Good luck with this !

Ok, so I have finally found a solution that is working 100%

I downloaded it on Xbox store and it launched right up, no issues…

I haven’t even changed anything different about my PC from the BNET version. No uninstalling other random games with anti-cheat, nothing. It just launches! Imagine that!

I don’t know if the BNET launcher is serving bad files or what, but the “We are just a storefront” is a cop out we all know it is.

Looks like I will be submitting a refund ticket as well. My only regret is that I bought the game using my BNET account balance.

My partner had an issue with the game opening through battle net
Turns out all he had to do was search battle net in the windows search bar and click “run as administrator”
Then it let him open BO6 no problems

Doesn’t work for me.

I tried, lol.

I asked a refund, but i’m not allowed. I bought it through blizzard shop.
Tried to create a ticket, but i have infinite loop for creating a ticket. Doesn’t allow me

?? not sure what you mean by “infinite loop for creating a ticket” ??
There isn’t all that much info that’s needed… your order number (it should be available from the e-mail Blizzard sends you confirming the purchase (assuming they still do that) and some sort of description on why you’re asking for a refund… The Submit button should light up as soon as you start typing in the Description box.

The purchase being made a the Blizzard Shop is only one criterion… other criteria include 14 days max after the purchase and 2 hours max of playing time. That’s why I gave you a link to the Blizzard Refund Policy.
