My Online Character was deleted and I want my character back. I left a ticket and it has been 36 hours and still no response. Fix this blizzard.

If your character list is not showing chars that can be a display bug. To fix that you can make a new char with a diff name and it should force the online list to refresh and show your chars.
If you were rolled back before a char existed that char is lost.
If you accidentally hit the delete button on the char list that char is lost.
